Back Update to CRM when a task gets complete

Hi All,

I have a requirement in which I need to send a back update to CRM system via AIA. This back update should be sent as soon as the automated task is completed. Is there any way to achieve this ?

Apart from the above, I have a query regarding milestone updates. Can I successfully send a milestone update if I fo the following things.

  • After my task is completed, I will update my OSM order data with the status.
  • The next task in the flow wll be an Xquery Sender, which creates an xml payload(in the same format as O2A Milestone updates like SyncCustomer/Fulfillbilling).
