'Purchase Release' program completed with error.

Hi All,

In our system, concurrent program 'Purchase Release' got completed with error. Error description is '

ORACLE error 20002 in FDPSTP

Cause:  FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20002: 3150: Process 'OEOL/31774818' is being worked upon. Please retry the current request on the process later.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_ENGINE", line 5789
ORA-06512: at "APPS.O

No parameters were passed in that.

What can be done for this?
