How to populate Self-Service special Information SIT details on employee payroll 'Element Entry' scr
Hi
I have a scenario, where employee fills the “Miscellaneous Advance” request and sends it to his immediate manager for approval. The request details are given below.
a. Reference Date (sysdate)
b. Advance Description
c. Advance Amount
d. Installment Amount
e. Recovery From Date
f. Exceptional Approval (Yes/No).
I create an SIT with the above fields and assign the AME approval flow to it and follow the employee-supervisor hierarchy approval. Up-to here, everything is working fine.
I have “Miscellaneous Advance” element already existing in the payroll with the above ‘Entry Value’ fields.
Now I need to populate the ‘Miscellaneous Advance’ element with the with these above values in the employee ‘Element Entry’ screen and at the same time, add the employee in the ‘Assignment Set’. This should be done when the final approver approves the request.
