Install WebCenter Portal schema error message: rcu-6130 action failed rcu-6135

Hi All,

I face a problem when I install WebCenter Portal schema, the error message is "rcu-6130 action failed rcu-6135". And the portal.log shows as below:

ORA-29540: class oracle/webdb/site/CharsetConverter does not exist

ORA-06512: at line 2

INSTALL_ERROR: sqlExecuter() : Raised Exception oracle.webdb.config.PortalWiringException: Generated errors of type ORA-, PLS-, SP2-, ERROR: or IMP-. Refer to the log file for details.

ERROR: Installing Seed Data raised exception.
