OMS 12.1.0.4 on Solaris 11 local zone

I am surprised to read in the 12.1.0.4 "Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Basic Installation Guide" (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/install.121/e22624/install_em_exist_db.htm#EMBSC162) the statement "OMS on Solaris 11 local zone is not supported."

Are there plans to support OMS on a Solaris 11 local zone? If so, when? If not, why not?

Is it supported to install OMS on a Solaris 10 branded zone (e.g. nested within a Solaris 11 global zone)?
