Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can define a role based on the predefined type HR Representative?

and how can assign it to each HR manager I want to receive the notification?

I want The first HR manager to act on the notification and apply manual changes does so on behalf of all HR Representatives
