Text Line in RSS Requisition cannot be selected when Generating P.O.

Created e Requisition in P43E10 Requisition Entry that contained lines with type = J, B and T.  Requisition was approved OK.

Using Requisition Expeditor, located the Requisition, was unable to select the Text Line, type = T, for inclusion in the Purchase Order.

This text Line is critical to the Purchase Order.

Using Add Line button, a Text Line can be added to the order during the generation, and ir is created correctly in the P.O.

Why is the Text Line disabled from selection in the main Expeditor form ?
