Best option to have history of changes in Work Orders

Hi to all

I would like to know your opinion on what is the best option to have an history of changes in work orders mainli work order header (F4801), but also part lists and routes (F3111 and F3112)

I have read about table triggers, and also about using interoperability

so if any of you had implemented this, which option did you chose?

what are the pros and cons of using each option?
