Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I would like to the get the right ODA patch bundle number for X3-2 hardware, ODA version 2.4 and DB version 11.2.0.3.

With this patch applicaiton want to know if I can upgrade the DB to 12C database and also to OEM 12C.
