Weblogic upgrade failed with java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not find backup for factory java

Hello,

I recently upgraded our weblogic server from 10.3.6 to 12.1.3. After a successful installation of weblogic 12c,  all ADF applications currently deployed on weblogic 10.3.6 failed to deploy on the new server (weblogic 12.1.3) with the following error

"java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not find backup for factory javax.faces.context.FacesContextFactory. " 

The applications was built using Jdeveloper Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.6.0



I have JSF (both 1.2 and 2.0) deployed as a shared library on the new server (weblogic 12.1.3).


Here is my weblogic.xml (This was updated after I did some research online, but didnt help)
