Third party group is not visible in dispatch center for scheduling

We are trying to configure field service for third party group resource but the group is not visible in Dispatch Center /Gantt Chart.

It has been assigned to Territory/ Star program run

Group has been given a member who is defined as supplier contact.

The member has FND USER responsibility of Third party system administrator

But not seeing the group and thus not able to schedule it.
