Freeze PO in P4310 after PO Creation ?

Hi,

We would like freeze all the Purchase Orders in P4310 after creation.

In other words, once PO has been created, we need to freeze the "Quantity Ordered" and "Unit Cost" fields.

How to accomplish the above requirement ?
