Could not reserve records[&tries].Keep trying? during reprice

Hi,

First step is Tools->Price Adjustments->change and then save it. Get a message transaction saved.

After that When trying to re-price within the service contract a popup window will appear stating that 'could not reserve record' . After clicking on No get the error

FRM-40501: ORACLE error:unable to reserve record for  update or delete.

Has anyone faced the same issue?
