Service Contract cancellation fee

Hello,

When a Service Contract is cancelled, it calculates the credit and creates a credit memo out of the box.  Is there a feature available out of the box in Service Contracts application to charge a cancellation fee?  Customer has cases where they charge a fixed amount, and other cases where they charge a % of the contract amount.

Any help / ideas would be much appreciated.
