R09801 - post with a set/fixed GL date?

We have a process whereby we accumulate business transactions during the day for invoices and cash receipts and during the night make use of Batch Invoice Processing (via F03B11Z1 table and process R03B11Z1A) and Automatic Receipts Processing (via F03B13Z1 table and process R03B551).  When all the processes run correctly for the day/date and on time then all the journal entries (F0911) have the current business date/day for the GL date (GLDGJ).

If however, there are problems in the data center and jobs don't run on time or run late then when R09801 is run to post the day's transactions I believe it will use the current date as the GL/posting date (GLDGJ).
