Patch 10202794 did not solve the issue in Production

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Hi,
we have applied Patch 10202794 to solve the issue of searching suppliers having apostrophes in the name value.
This Patch has been applied in a DEV and TEST instances and the issue was solved.
It has been appplied to PROD instance but we still face the issue.
Please find attached log of patch application in PROD (where the issue is still occurring) and in PRE (Test instance where the patch solved the issue).
