How do you test rateware within OTM?

My company is running OTM 6.3.3.  Otm is integrated with Rateware from SMC3 in order to call base rates for US-US LTL shipments during planning.  We recently purchased a new module from SMC3 to rate LTL shipments to and from Canada as well.

Is there a way to test that OTM is receiving the rates correctly without having to create shipments?  I thought there was a tab somewhere that allows you to plug in destinations to get the rates
