link or button for Sitemap in Siebel Service Portal (Open UI)?

Out of the box Siebel Service Portal application

Has anyone tried to include a link or a button for "Site Map" which shows the screen and views available? The problem here is that there's no application menu or toolbar which can issue "Sitemap" command. Also, GotoPage is not supported anymore in Open UI...

Any workaround? Or a way to issue command, "Sitemap" without application menu or toolbar?
