Install sample schemas manually

I have been looking for detailed steps involved in installing sample schema OE, HR manually in a 11.2.0.3 database in Windows server environment. I couldn't find hr_main.sql under ORACLE_HOME/demo/schema/human_resources/ folder. I couldn't find oe_main.sql script either.
