The 12.1.0.2.1 Database is now certified as an EM 12.1.0.4 Repository

Hi Everyone,

I know many of you have been waiting patiently for this announcement.  Our QA team has completed certification on the 12.1.0.2 database.  You will need to install the DB 12.1.0.2 Oct PSU or later and you will need to install a Database Performance Patch 20243268.  If you already have your repository in a 12.1.0.2 database, please install the patches as soon as possible.

See Note 1987905.1 for a description of mandatory patches.
