Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to convert 9Terabyte database from raw device to local filesystem?

Can I take a cold backup on the database which is in raw device and restore to the local filesystem? Is there any better way to do this?
