Text for Oracle Contract Terms Template

Under XML Publisher, there is a template having name "Oracle Contract Terms Template". File name is OKCTERMS_en.xsl. 

When you click on Preview button, you can see Terms and Condition. I would like to modify the text, therefore I would like to know where the text for Terms and Conditions is stored?
