RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL clean up

We have data issues in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL and we are looking to correct the same.

1. We always create price events (price change, clearance and simple promotions) at style / zone level.

2. Due to various issues (ranging clearance items to new store, location move and other) rpm_future_retail data is in-correct.

3. Now we need to go-live with Location Level pricing. so in order to do so we need to clean up RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL.

The approach what we are thinking is to have only latest style/zone level record in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table and purge all the other records (style/loc and sku /location records inserted due to various issues).
