Proportional Vs young combination

Hi, this is in regard to Demantra ver 7.3, do you know if the system forecast in high/aggregate level will be proration to down level for young combination (prediction_status= 98)?  I have tested where it works for adjusted(=manual) forecast, but I am not sure with system forecast.  Any idea?
