OPM Actual Cost - Detailed logic of the calculations

Anybody developed some reports or inquiry to know how the Actual cost calculate the costs that you can see in the standard level cost inquiry for an item ??

This is a law Italian requirement to be able to show in which way the system calculate the cost.
