Engineer not available to assign a Task for all SR types except one
Hi,
We have a resource who is defined as a Field Engineer and it not new either, has been working for quite some time. Recently Business users have complained that they are not able to assign Tasks to this Engineer. When they try to search for this Engineer, it says 'Invalid value for field assignee name". If they change the SR type (for one SR type) this Engineer is available.
We have checked all the setups and everything seems to be right. We are not able figure out what could be the issue for this Engineer not available for assigning the Tasks.
