Fixed Assets_Retired assets error

I uploaded assets, closed period and transferred to GL. And then I opened the closed period in and I have problems when i do some transactions to adjust depreciation:

+ I retired an asset and run calculate gains & losses completed error

ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.update_event. No event exists for the document represented by the given source information..

Error: function fa_xla_events_pvt.update_transaction_event returned failure

Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_PKG.do_calc_gainloss_asset returned failure
