How to configure discounts to consume free data

Hi,

I have configured a chargeOffer to grant 1024 MB of free data every month and charges of $1.00 / byte.

Also have configured a discount offer to consume free data.

Whenever, data usage is performed in ECE, I can see balance impacts on both currency and non-currency resources.

Can somebody verify the attached chargeoffer and discountoffer confguration?
