IP14 Migration Install for Windows Server 2008R2 Error

Hello,

I am attempting a SES Migration Install on Windows Server 2008R2. However, I am encountering the error:

Unable to rename Directory: Access is denied.

I am logged in as an Administator, and Siebel Gateway Service and Siebel Server Service are stopped.

UAC is set to None.

Any idea?
