Manufacturing WO with Maintenance WO Status

Hi all

I need some of your help again, I am not that close to the Maintenance WO side of JDE as I am to the Manufacturing side.  A client has an issue where a Manufacturing WO, actually quite a few of them, have a Status normally associated with Maintenance WO's.  I looked at one specific record which was last updated by ER48425 - Work Order Print, and the user essentially had no data selection limitations although they only have access to one particular branch/plant.  Is R48425 capable of updating a Manufacturing WO Status?  The processing options are set to update the
