emcli add_target: Error: Cannot save the target to the agent

Hi,

I have installed an agent using the agent pull script and using the silent install. This is all reported as successful in the output.

After that the script automatically adds the database and listener on the agent host as a target to OEM. (12.1.0.4)

The emcli script starts with a login and a sync, after which is calls verb add_target, to add the database and (and then again it calls add_target for the listener).

Both add_target calls fail as follows:

Login successful

Synchronized successfully

Error: Cannot save the target to the agent

EMS-01075: Plug-in validation failed with unexpected error: ORA-20989: Property does not existOracleHome for Agent
