Account and contacts

Hi,

Is there a way to default the contact address to account bill to address.

For Example,

Account: Company X

Address - 123 water drive

If a user creates a contact and matches it Company X, we need to make sure that account bill to address is same as contact address.

I am guessing that this could be done using validation rule since account and contact have parent child relationship. Let me know if this is possible. If so, how to go ahead with the validation rule.
