How can I find out what the MaxRequestParameterCount is in WLS 11g and 12c?

I've seen Oracle doc 1505598.1 that show how to change the value of MaxRequestParameterCount, but I'd like to confirm what the value is currently set to before changing it. How can I do an inquiry to retrieve this value?
