PO gets deleted randomly

Hi All,

I don't know where to start on this one. Our PO gets deleted randomly. I don't know how to start trouble shooting this. I am trying to get a list of components that can affect the delection of POs. There no right or wrong answers. Please feel free to put your thoughts out there. Thanks in advanced.
