AWR report executed via OEM versus AWR report executed manually

It looks like AWR report produced via OEM and the one produced via @awrrpt create somewhat different reports . I have generated one from OEM and it showed 10 SQLs when I generated the same report for the same time frame via @awrrpr, it showed 15 and I found some SQLS on the latter that were not found in the former. Does anyone know whether this is how it is expected to be?  I am running oracle v 11.2.0.4
