Trigger Based Campaigns and Prompted Segmentation

Hello,

We are working on to implement Real time Automation emails using Triggers and Prompt Segmentation.  I was able to set up the triggers, programs, campaigns etc. When I ran the Vanilla Business service 'Marketing Event Trigger Execution' using Simulator (passing Customer id, Event code, name and Real time flag) it invoked the associated trigger program ,campaign, but it is not loading any contacts. Based on the Sql generated in OBIEE log files I see that the contact id was not populating (blank).


I'm thinking some configuration may be missing to accept the customer id in the List Export/OBIEE Segmentation when passing the parameters from the Business Service simulator.
