when install crs 11gr1 in Redhat 6

In last pass of configuration:

INFO: Starting to execute configuration assistants

INFO: Command = /opt/oracle/product/11.1.0/crs/install/onsconfig add_config tc0dbor001vx:6254 tc0dbor002vx:6254

The ONS configuration failed to create

Command = /opt/oracle/product/11.1.0/crs/install/onsconfig has failed

Execution Error : /bin/sh: module: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file

/bin/sh: error importing function definition for `module'

I execute step by step until....

exec /opt/oracle/product/11.1.0/crs/bin/racgons.bin add_config tc0dbor001vx:6254 tc0dbor002vx:6254

then, the session is closed.
