ra_salesreps_all

Hi,

Can some one help me identify the below problem ??

1. When i run "select * from ra_salesreps_all" i see that some of the sales rep have NAME filed populated and for some NAME = NULL

2. I looked at the setup (in CRM manager) to see if there is any difference and i didnt find any. Both the resources look identical in setup and both of them are active employees

3. How is this possible ? Is there any other setup that needs to be done to populate NAME in ra_salesreps_all
