Reg : ATP Request Date Qty Calculation Logic

Hello Experts,

Can anyone throw some light how the request date qty is calculated (Availability Window in Sales Order Form). We have enough on hand but the system shows the request date qty as zero and pushes the Schedule Ship date to future date.
