AME- Internal requisition approvals- how to define approvers by inventory org

We have 7 inventory orgs with  a unique person at each org responsible for approving transfers of inventory between orgs.   What is the best way to configure AME so that the correct person gets notified and is able to approve a transfer into their facility?   

Can I build an oracle lookup table with  inventory org and userid, then leverage some sort of sql in the AME configuration to get the correct person?   I'd rather not hard code inventory orgs/and log on ids.  

Any assistance is appreciated.
