Sending notifications for Assigned Group - Customer Support
Hi
We want to setup sent notification for Assigned Group, when it is assigned to a service request.
It is possible that the service request is assigned only to a Group without the Owner.
It is necessary when assigning the SR a group to send notifications.
Currently in notification rules "Service Request Status Changed" and "Service Request Updated" can not select the "Assigned group", there is only "Owner", "New Owner", "Old Owner"
