Port 1521 ... not needed

Hi, I need some steps, how I can get rid of this 1521, from my scan, local & remote listeners too, just need to make all my dbs only listen on 1540, but because we still have this 1521 also enabled/working, it's really giving very hard time.

Can any one please assist, how I can eliminate this 1521 and make sure that all databases, its a shared RAC cluster, having 5 dbs running on the same cluster of nodes.

Please assist, thanks in advance, but looking for something step by step, because need to test it first on DEV boxes and then only will be able to implement on PROD.
