PO workflow error

Hi,

We have applied the 16856753 patch as we had a issue with the approval of a PO. After applying this patch the PO aprroval workflow is failing with the below error message,

Error Name = -60
Error Message = ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
Error Stack =
PO_REQAPPROVAL_INIT1.Set_Comm_Rev_Num(000)
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_REQAPPROVAL_INIT1.update_supplier_com_rev_num, POAPPRV, , , RUN)


Please let us know why we are facing this error and what is the possible solution for this. Is this because of the patch or some other issue.

Any help is much appreciated.
