F0011 - some fields not updated when batch posted

Hello,

When I post a batch (G or V) from P0011 (calling R09801) or  directly through R09801, fields like PROGRAM ID, WORK STATION ID, DATE UPDATED & TIME UPDATED are not updated in F0011.

Is it that JDE 9.1 doesnt update these fields?
