Hardware Requirement for Open UI Dev enviornment

Hi,

Could you please let us know the  recommended hardware requirement (Like RAM etc...) for Open UI dev environment (Siebel version is 8.1.1.14)?

Currently the Dev server in our project is just having 4GB ram, and the client say that their all server are same and it works good for the HI instance and in the project both HI and Open UI instances are being used.Most of time the server reaches 100% CPU usage, and if we access the server machine (US located) doing RDP on the machine then I guess it will be very difficult to work on them from offshore.
