Need help in Upgrade from JDE E1 9.0 to 9.1

Can some one help with exact procedure and guideline to perform JDE upgrade from E1 9.0 to 9.1? We will be using new deployment server also looking fo rpossibility to get new environment hosted on Cloud, any suggestion or guidance will help..!
