How to re-submit the rejected requisition from iprocurement

I remember seeing option to re-submit the rejected requisition from iProcurement. I am able to re-submit via core purchasing but somehow I can see re-submit option once requisition approver rejects the requisition.

Can someone quickly help if I am missing something on the setups or personalization.
