Change Column Heading Using Event Rules

I have a requirement to change column heading according to specific event rules conditions.

Example:-

I'm Having a time span data that can be changed from 5 minutes span to 1 hour span, form columns headers should change according to the time span I specify in the processing options using event rules.

Do I have any business function, system function or other ways to change these columns headings dynamically.
