Is there a way to create electronic "signatures" on JDE documents?
Rather than create and store paper documents or add attachments, using up valuable space, is there an electronic means in JDE to add an approving signature to documents such as payment vouchers? Many entities are required by law to retain documents "signed" by designated approver. If JDE could store this in the system as part of the entry, it would eliminate a hugh amount of paper or attachment space. Is this possible or planned for the future?
