12.1.3 WSHFSTRX Function

We wanted to create a view only WSHFSTRX Function for Shipping >Transactions form.  We created a custom function based on seeded and just made it Query ONLY.  It works fine EXCEPT under the delivery tab>Tools>Generate BOL and Generate Packslip are still active.  Anyone know how to remove these items?

I tried creating a custom menu, with JUST WSHFSTRX, and they still appear.

Ideas?
